We also had a Medical Outreach at Sangotedo. It was wonderful with a great turn out. The rate at which people perish because they cannot afford the basic treatments and care that they need is alarming. We believe that health care is crucial and we want to see stories of hope made possible through giving.

The event began with the founder (Derin) addressing the crowd and outlining the foundation’s mission as well as how it hopes to contribute to the community in a small way. He also admonished  the audience to make sure they assist anyone they believe is in need in their neighborhood by going case by caise. 

The doctors and nurses present conducted consultations, performed blood pressure checks, malaria and typhoid testing, and gave medications in accordance with the findings of the tests. Over a hundred outreach participants received caise foundation refreshments at the conclusion of the activity
