THE CAISE FOUNDATION HOSPITAL VISIT MARINA

The Caise Foundation conducted a pilot outreach program to provide medical assistance and for vulnerable people in Nigeria. This activity is in line with the SDG #Goal 3 (Good Health & Well- Being) and #Goal 4 (Quality Education).

This was also an opportunity to give back and pay kindness forward, as well as creating awareness for collective action to address healthcare issues in the communities around us.

The pilot program was conducted at the general hospital, Marina, Lagos state.

It started out with the program manager (Goodness) having a quick chat with nurses and patients to understand each patients’ situation, and then introducing the founder (Derin) who spoke about the work of the foundation, informed them of a token by the foundation to support their medical bills, encouraged the patients to keep hope alive, and pay the kindness shown to them forward.

15 patients were given The Caise Food Box and 7 nurses on duty were appreciated with the Caise Foundation refreshment packs.
